Solo Journey ( Just the online courses)-

Level 1: $555
Start your inner work & somatics journey through this online course. It offers videos, PDFs, meditations, audios, and journal prompts to re-discovering yourself, your purpose and your passions.
Level 2: $555
Now that you understand the basis of your program, take it a step deeper and look at inner child healing, patterns & triggers, and how to process emotions thorugh the body.
1-1 Coaching Containers
Two Sessions/Month Package- $385/month for 3 months or ($1050 if you pay in full)
Includes 3 Online Courses
- Total of six 60 minute one-on-one sessions with Mandee over the course of 3 months
- Learn about the states of the nervous system and how to get out of survival mode
- Address overall wellness concerns from a holistic perspective including nutrition, exercise, social life, creativity, relationships and much more.
- Learn and impliment a mindset that will allow you to reach your goals.
- Learn to face hard emotions and release them through somatic practices.
- Look at limiting beliefs that are holding you back from your full potential and replacing them with a new narrative that will help you step into the life you want.
- Create goals that will initiate lasting changes in your life and be held accountable for them.
One Session/Month Package- $285 for 3 months ($800 if you pay in full)
Includes first 3 courses of the solo journey
Total of six 60 minute one-on-one sessions over the course of 3 months

How it works
I offer 3 month coaching containers which includes the online courses, 6 total 1-1 sessions (60 minutes each), access to me via what’s app throughout your journey, and free access to all my workshops while we are working together.
First month - Is this right for me?
Get a chance to see how the program works and if we fit together as client and coach. You will get one 1-1 session with me where we will go through what you learned in the online course and figure out what is it you want to accomplish in this program. I will also show you ways to connect with your body to create safety so you can accomplish your goals.
Level 1- Exploration (3 months)
In the first three months you will begin to look at yourself in a different way. The exercises you will do will have you become more self aware of your thoughts and the way you are holding yourself in your body. You will explore limiting beliefs and where your body is holding strong emotions. You will create monthly goals for yourself to track your progress throughout this journey.
Level 2- Integration (3 months)
If you decide to continue for another 3 month container we will look at how others opinions are impacting your reality, and you will be encouraged to forgive those that hurt you, starting with your parents. We will work with your inner child and look at your patterns and where you store emotions that are blocking your from your potential.
