A: Inner Work is personal development. It is asking yourself those deeper intuitive questions that will help you see where you are blocking yourself from your fullest potential. Somatics in this course refers to reconnecting to your body using nervous system regulation tools and somatic practices to help recreate safety in the body. These two combined have been the only thing that got me out of the hardest time of my life (when my fiance passed away in 2020) and combined together I think they are the answer to a lot of prayers.

A: Yes, once you join the course, it is yours forever. It was specifically desinged so that you can go back to it when ever you are in a hard place.

A: No, the price is for the course alone. Should you choose to go deeper with 1-1 sessions with Mandee it will be at an additional cost.
Q: How long does the course take?
A: The course was designed to take 3 months. It was designed this way to allow periods of integration in between exercises. You can finish the course sooner or take longer depending on your style of learning. There is no rush to finish the course.
