When women carry too much for too long, the body eventually shuts down, goes numb, or spins into anxiety.
If you’ve been feeling raw, shaken, or like you’re holding everything together with sheer willpower — you’re not alone.
This three-week series is a grounded, supportive space for women to reset their nervous systems, process heavy emotions, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Each week, we focus on a different emotional state women often suppress in order to stay “functional”:
helplessness & hopelessness → rage & anger → sadness & grief.
This isn’t vague self-care talk.
This is structured nervous system work specifically designed for how women’s bodies carry stress, fear, and pressure.
We start with somatic practices that help women’s bodies unwind from overwhelm, people-pleasing mode, shutdown, or hyper-awareness.
You’ll move through guided breathwork, gentle somatic exercises, and grounding work to recalibrate your system.
Once your body settles, you’ll move into reflection designed for women who struggle to make space for their own emotions because they’re usually managing everyone else’s.
This is a women-only space where you can be honest without being judged, dismissed, or minimized.
You’re free to share what came up, or simply listen and feel supported.
When the world feels unsafe, many women collapse inward, freeze, or detach because they’ve learned to “stay small” to survive.
We work through that together so you can feel grounded and capable again.
Women are conditioned to swallow their anger.
This session helps you release it safely without shame, without the fear of being seen as “too emotional,” and without turning it inward.
Women often carry silent grief.
This session gives you space to actually feel the heaviness instead of holding it in your chest, stomach, or throat.
Women’s nervous systems often get stuck in cycles of freeze, shutdown, hypervigilance, or overfunctioning.

Mandee Correa is a Mind-Body Mentor who helps women understand themselves on a deeper level so they can step into the strongest, most aligned version of who they're meant to be. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional processing and the mind-body connection.
She created this series in response to everything happening in the world and especially in her community in Charlotte right now. The intensity of it all has been affecting her just as deeply, and she knows countless women are carrying the same weight quietly, without a safe placwe to release it.
This three-part space is her way of offering community to women who need support, grounding, and connection. In times like these it's important to know we are not alone, and that is why this gathering is taking place. We hope you can join us!
